Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Pharma Hiring

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for pharma roles (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Corporate functions as applicable).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, talent availability, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted talent partner to business leaders.
  • Provide market intelligence on compensation, talent trends, and hiring challenges within the pharma industry.
  • Drive hiring SLAs and ensure timely closure of positions.

3. Data & Analytics

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join ratio, Source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards using advanced Excel.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements based on data insights.

4. Campus Hiring (Added Advantage)

  • Support campus engagement and hiring initiatives.
  • Build relationships with pharmacy colleges and relevant institutes.
  • Coordinate campus drives, assessments, and offer rollouts.

5. Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to internal TA processes and documentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records.

Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years of recruitment experience with major exposure to pharma hiring.
  • Strong understanding of pharma talent landscape in India.
  • Proven experience in managing stakeholders independently.
  • Strong sourcing capability for niche and critical pharma roles.
  • Excellent command over MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Exposure to campus hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
